Why The Forum?<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

At the International Association of Professional Volunteers, one of the transversal pillars of our work is environmental sustainability. In this sense, we have designed and organized an international forum with young people from more than ten countries in Latin America, Africa, Europe and North America, which allows representatives from each country to study, discuss and propose the issues they consider most important in the fight against climate change.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

What is The Forum?<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

It is a space where young people can research, share, propose and discuss the main milestones of climate change. It is developed through a blog and virtual forums where good practices and environmental proposals are exchanged between cities and nations for different actors (governments, universities, civil society, businesses, etc.).<\/p>

The topics may vary depending on global climate situations and the cycle of The Forum, although generally topics such as: reforestation, carbon credits, greenhouse gases, energy, proposals for the fight against Climate Change, among others, are discussed.\u00a0<\/span>.<\/span>..<\/span>.<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

  • Establish a virtual blog to publish research and proposals from young people on the fight against climate change.<\/li>
  • Hold virtual forums (meetings) where young people from different cities and nations share their concerns, perspectives, good practices and proposals in the fight against climate change.<\/li>
  • Unify and address the concerns and proposals of young people to authorities and influential actors on climate change.<\/li>

    Para el a\u00f1o 2022 el For\u00fam celebr\u00f3 su segundo ciclo, desarrollando estrategias para los gobiernos que han desarrollado un inter\u00e9s en la lucha contra el cambio clim\u00e1tico. <\/span>28 delegados de Argentina, Brasil, Colombia, Chile, Espa\u00f1a, Per\u00fa,\u00a0Estados Unidos, Nigeria y M\u00e9xico. Los voluntarios procedieron de <\/span>distintas disciplinas: Derecho, Psicolog\u00eda, Pol\u00edtica, Relaciones <\/span>Internacionales, Biolog\u00eda, Negocios, Administraci\u00f3n de empresas,\u00a0<\/span>Periodismo, Ingenier\u00eda Ambiental, Ingenier\u00eda Qu\u00edmica, entre otros. \u00bfY c\u00f3mo se realiza El Forum?<\/span><\/p>
